Amphora Riserva
“I strive to bring out as much as I can of the peculiarity of the region, the season’s harvest and even my own sentiments in the wine I produce. It’s my belief that the wine has to reflect its place of origin and its creator.”
The three riserva wine project have been developed to experiment and study the effects of a longer refinement period of the wines within the amphoras. The three wines (a white, a red, a rosé) are the result of three vintages (2015 2016 2017) which separetely refined within the amphoras until the final blend which was executed slightly before the bottling of july 2018.
